Jumping or linking within a page

Just got this super app. Could you build in an easy way to link say a contents list at the start of a page to the appropriate paragraphs below it. I presume I could use HTML and labels etc. to do that but it would be greAt if it could be done easily from a menu like you have when inserting links to external items such as images and sound.

It is a great app. Have a look the toc function... {{toc}} which placed at the top of your page will insert a table of contents "based on the headings contained within the note."

Thanks A, that was a very useful tip which will do the job most of the time. The icing on the cake would be if there was an easy way to just do "random" linked jumps within the note and to return to whence one came!
