filtering of additional metadata

Hi,

Would it be possible to have TrunkNotes filter and exclude additional lines of metadata (i.e. header lines that match a conventional description) that are used by other markdown processors?

Details: When processing notes on my computer, I find it useful to include additional metadata at the top of my notes of the form:

[Parameter Name]: [Value]

These additional lines of metadata are used by several markdown processors to tailor, or enhance, the output that they generate from notes; functionality often provided through a "metadata" extension. Meanwhile, in TrunkNotes, the additional lines of metadata are innocuous; they appear after the Special:header, but do not otherwise affect the display of these notes.

This sounds like a good idea. Although I would have to think carefully about how to do this and not have some users confused because the top lines of their note suddenly disappear.
