Internal Browser

How could Trunk be improved?

Internal Browser

I apologize if someone else already asked for this but it would be nice to not have to leave the app when clicking on a URL or have a different way to show internal vs. external links (solid vs. dashed line)

Thanks

I second the motion - MyWiki has this (although it seems to have connection problems a lot) and an in-app browser would make the development of a personalized wiki web index much easier.

An easier way to create links would be very helpful along with this. Typing the Markdown syntax [name](http://myurl.com) is difficult on the iPhone keyboard.

I'll post another idea for making link entry easier, as a separate post...

Trunk Notes should turn what it thinks are links automatically into hyperlinks, e.g. http://www.google.com should appear as a link

The differentiation of links is a good idea, I have added this to the current development branch of Trunk Notes. I like suggestions which take minutes to implement ;o)

As to the idea of an internal web browser see viewtopic.php?f=12&t=461 for a workaround. It would be fairly straightforward to implement properly although it may require that the age rating of Trunk Notes is put to 17+. Apple have some fairly strict policies on age ratings... I will need to investigate.
